Si disfrutas entrenar m\u00e1s d\u00edas por semana, te recomendamos cambiar a la opci\u00f3n de 4 o 5 d\u00edas, que est\u00e1 en la p\u00e1gina de \u201cAjustes\u201d dentro de \u201cVista mensual\u201d. Si quieres complementar con otras actividades, puedes a\u00f1adir cosas de baja intensidad (Pilates, yoga, cardio, etc.) sin afectar tu progreso, siempre que no lo hagas en exceso. La recuperaci\u00f3n es tan importante como entrenar para ganar fuerza y m\u00fasculo.
